Jubilee Diamond Silk Pocket Square

Jubilee Diamond' is inspired by the Red Arrows and is a high quality, large silk pocket square with hand-rolled and hand-sewn hem. It is made in Macclesfield the traditional home of English silk printing and presented in a complimentary gift box. It was created in collaboration with leading aviation artist David Bent, whose original photo collage was inspired by his collaboration with the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows. Initially working as Artist in Residence to the Red Arrows, today there continues a positive and enduring goodwill relationship, and David remains closely associated with the team.
The work brings out the precision and beauty of display formation flying. David's geometric shapes, bold colours, authentic detail and Boy's Own bravado bring aviation and modern art together. A celebration of flight, 'Jubilee Diamond' is reproduced with a good balance of colour between the printed and reverse side of the silk pocket square, which works perfectly with any pocket square fold. The artwork is framed by the pocket square's blue border and red hand-finished hem. The 'Jubilee Diamond' silk pocket square makes an ideal gift for men who are thrilled by the aerial acrobatics of jet aircraft and, like everyone, admirers of the Red Arrows. Inside each high-quality Otway & Orford branded gift box, the pocket square has been carefully wrapped in tissue. And is accompanied by a card telling the story of the artist and his artwork.
