The manufacturing process employs methods essentially unchanged for centuries - hand-cut, hand-stitched and hand-finished by experienced craftspeople - yet details are pared back to their essence, creating clean, functional designs with considered proportions and minimal detailing. Powder-coated colour finishes subtly harmonise with traditional elements, whilst the inherently beautiful materials improve with age and use.
