Awling belts are handmade in England from the finest Italian vegetable tanned full grain leather. The exposed black modernist belt is deep and richly tanned. With the pewter buckle exposed to reveal the pewter underneath. The outer of the pewter buckle is powder coated for a modern, sleek look. On the rear of the belt is blind debossed Awling Belts branding. And a classic single leather keep loop on the 32mm/11/4 inch strap all adds up to a splendid black leather belt for the modern man or woman for that matter. Every Awling belt is designed to last a lifetime and get better with age and use. SIZING Size S covers 30" and 32" waist sizes - Size M covers 34" and 36" waist sizes Size L covers 38" and 40" waist sizes - Size XL covers 42" and 44" waist sizes Please note, Awling belts are sized accurately. If you are unsure of your size either measure an existing belt (from the point where the strap folds over the buckle to the hole you use most frequently) or measure your waist through the belt loops of jeans or trousers.

Founded in 2017 by Chris Goldstraw, Awling creates modern British leather belts and accessories that blend traditional English leather craft with contemporary design. Each belt is handcrafted in England using premium vegetable-tanned cowhide selected for quality, paired with solid brass or pewter buckles that are cast in England. The manufacturing process employs methods essentially unchanged for centuries - hand-cut, hand-stitched and hand-finished by experienced craftspeople - yet details are pared back to their essence, creating clean, functional designs with considered proportions and minimal detailing. Powder-coated colour finishes subtly harmonise with traditional elements, whilst the inherently beautiful materials improve with age and use. Awling has expanded beyond belts to include wallets, card cases, folios and journals, all maintaining the same DNA of quality materials and meticulous British craftsmanship.
