The Hudson Aran jumper is a true classic men's jumper. The colour skiddaw comes from the name of the Lake district peak. Originally created for fishermen going out in wet windy conditions at sea. A true fisherman's rib needs almost double the yarn of a plain knit jumper of the same size. Because of this it offers extra warmth when the weather closes in. The Hudson Aran jumper is a 5gge chemical free British wool jumper. Not only that but wool also has natural water repellency and antibacterial properties. Sourced from a British Wool Accredited farm in Yorkshire - just 60 miles from the Peregrine factory in Manchester. These classic men's aran jumpers are made in batches of only 200 pieces.
Peregrine Clothing have been crafting clothes for over 220 years and are still family owned. They are dedicated to being sustainable and take great care in the traceability of their materials.
