\nMedium: 130mm Point end x 80mm buckle end. Large: 145mm Point end x 90mm buckle end.To find the best fit you can simply measure your wrist. Find a soft measuring tape, turn your hand over and slide the tape underneath. Gently close the tape around your wrist to a comfortable fit, then note down the circumference in mm. If you have a wrist circumference of between 150-190mm choose the Medium strap. And between 191-229 choose the Large strap.
