The Pajotten shirt was originally inspired by images of 1950's factory workers, ours has a generous cut with a pleated back detail that will allow you to move comfortably. The sleeves have a wide cut with a cuffed fastening
The fabric for this is a recycled, organic cotton, hemp mix. The sustainably grown corozo buttons are made in Wiltshire. French seams to avoid top-stitching while maintaining strength and longevity and generous back pleat detail
Machine washable
Made to order - Currently working to a four week schedule between order and delivery.

Meet the Maker: Pajotten

Founded in 2016 by Rebecca Barton and Ben Sears in their Kent studio, Pajotten creates contemporary workwear-inspired chorewear with soul. Every garment is made to order by hand, cut individually and sewn consciously from start to finish. Using high-quality British cloth sourced from Yorkshire mills and deadstock fabrics from designer studios, their indigo chore jackets, shirts and trousers reference functional French and European workwear with a relaxed, modern sensibility. With deep pockets for makers and artists, rolled sleeves that stay put, and natural fibres that age beautifully, Pajotten exemplifies slow fashion done right - two people making something special for you, stitch by careful stitch.
