Women's Cream Aran Traditional Guernsey Jumper

The quintessential fisherman's jumper in classic Cream. Featuring tightly woven worsted wool with ribbed, raised shoulder seam and side seam splits. Guernseys are hand-finished by artisan knitters on the island of Guernsey, who follow a centuries-old island tradition.
All garments are designed to be reversible. Alternate wearing your guernsey front to back and then back to front, on rotation.
Sizes range from 34 to 56 inches.
Women: please size up by 2 inches on your usual chest size. For a looser baggier fit size up + 4 inches
The model outside is wearing her size 36 loose fit. She is typically a size 8. The blonde model is wearing her size 34 as a slimmer fit. She is also a size 8.

The only authentic Guernsey to be hand-finished on the island of Guernsey by artisan knitters, Le Tricoteur continues a centuries-old tradition of world-renowned Channel Islands knitwear. Their family started creating authentic knitwear nearly 60 years ago, employing talented knitters who finish each garment by hand - many descended from those who created the very first Guernsey jumpers all those years ago. Using 100% accredited non-mulesed British worsted wool from Norfolk's Worstead, their tightly-woven fisherman's jumpers are supremely durable, weather-resilient, and easily repairable. Each fully-formed garment can be mended without falling apart, signed by every artisan involved in its manufacture. These beautifully practical sweaters were originally knitted by the wives and mothers of fishermen and farmers, and today remain timeless, long-lasting pieces built for generations.
