Twice Ive ordered this product and twice theyve sent me the wrong product. For anyone whose has already read this review please ignore the above. They have sent me the right product. If I had worn my glasses in the first place I would have noticed they had changed the packaging but kept the same ingredients and taste for which I have enjoyed. And I am impressed that they responded to my review with such quickness to politely let me know about the change in their product.I will be ordering again from this company.

The products I received are of excellent quality but the customer service experience was equally as satisfying, which is increasingly rare these days. My goods were made to order and Dan kept me up to date and informed at each stage of the process, liaising with the manufacturers and couriers. My order arrived on time and Dan ensured it was arranged around a trip away to make sure I was able to receive it. Fantastic service and quality products, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Sir Gordon Bennett again.

Meet the Maker: Haeckels

Founded in 2012 by volunteer beach warden Dom Bridges, Haeckels of Margate creates natural ecological seaweed skincare and wild fragrances from their Margate headquarters. Disillusioned by mass-produced cosmetics, Bridges began experimenting with hand-harvested seaweed in his family kitchen, holding one of only two government licences in England to harvest seaweed for manufacturing. Today, this B Corp certified company hand-harvests over 140 edible seaweed species from Margate's shores, processing them in their laboratory to create exceptional skincare products rich in vitamins, minerals, and anti-bacterial properties. Haeckels plays an active role in coastal conservation, organising regular beach cleans and marine surveys. Their products are crafted with integrity and style, celebrating the natural wealth of Britain's coastline whilst promoting sustainable consumption. Each creation reminds customers of the healing power of the sea and Margate's heritage of healthy coastal living.
