Now operating from a Victorian cotton mill in Chorley, Lancashire, Droyt's stands as the world's last factory manufacturing glycerine soap using their unique century-old methods. Ninety-five percent of their soap is handmade by a skilled team using antique machinery, following family secret recipes passed down through generations. Each bar contains sustainably sourced palm oil, natural ingredients, and vitamin E, remaining vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, and free from microplastics and sulphates. The traditional glycerine process creates soap that is both supremely cleansing and highly moisturising, suitable for all skin types. From their classic Original Eau de Cologne to Unperfumed Glycerine and the beloved Vegetas and Glycerose varieties, each bar represents authentic British craftsmanship. Their new factory shop and museum showcase 131 years of soap-making heritage, displaying vintage equipment and original letters from around the world.
