Samuel Groves' tried-and-tested tri-ply design is made up of a stainless steel exterior and interior, with an aluminium core. Making the pan solid and durable while allowing even heating for better cooking. The stainless steel handles provide a sure grip during food preparation and serving, and are riveted in place to guarantee stability. Lid included.
