This stylish and functional Samuel Groves 26cm copper induction casserole pan & lid is perfect for weeknight meals, a casual dinner party or elegant entertaining. The copper exterior and stainless steel interior allow for great heat conductivity, which helps maintain even temperatures throughout. The copper casserole pan has side handles and a lid that fits snugly into place to help lock in heat and moisture.
Copper induction casserole pans utilise straight, high sides and a wide base to accommodate a larger volume of ingredients. They are perfect for making casseroles, slow-cooked stews, roasts as well as soups and chicken broth.
As the pan is oven safe, you can transfer the pan from cooking hob to the oven in order to finish your cooking. The heat is distributed quickly and evenly throughout the whole pan without hot or cold spots.
Copper is the best heat conductor among all materials used in cookware production. Copper allows the cookware to reach high temperatures quickly, and cool down as soon as it is removed from the heat source - giving you maximum control when cooking.
