Askew Candles hand poured beeswax candles are a little different. The Darlington Bottle Company candles are a beautiful example of an antique bottle and would sit wonderfully in a kitchen. These beeswax candles, created in small batches by Askew Candles in Darlington are made from moulds of original bottles. The Darlington Bottling Company bottled many types of drinks, from mineral water and cordial to tonics and beer. And these bottle candles evoke a sense of history of bottle making, when the intricate design was almost as important as the liquids they held.
