The Pegg Low Table is simple, lightweight and strong. The Low Table was originally designed as a floor desk, to sit and work at on the floor. But it’s uses are many: as a ‘coffee table’, a tea table, a convert-your-desk-to-a-standing-desk table, a children’s table, a use-your-laptop-in-bed table, or a take-with-you-on-a-picnic table.

It uses the simplest Pegg joint: two pegs through each leg, clamping the top in place. As a mechanical joint rather than one using glue it is very strong.
